Customer Service Specialist for Intra-European Transportation

Responsibilities:



  • promotion on the European market of forwarding services of the company;

  • searching for and attracting new clients, developing and maintaining the existing client base (European market);

  • building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients;

  • acceptance and processing of orders from customers, organization of their execution (negotiation of conditions, conclusion of contracts, work with shipping documents, etc.);

  • control of payments and fulfillment of the terms of concluded contracts;
    organization of loading of own fleet for transportation within the EU;

  • determining an optimal route;

  • the empty run minimization.


Requirements:



  • higher education;
    understanding of international transportation and logistics specifics, understanding of the sales specifics of transportation services;

  • experience in international cargo transportation or experience in sales in the B2B segment;

  • negotiation, persuasion and objection handling skills;

  • responsibility, sociability, resistance to stress, readiness for a large amount of information, focus on results;

  • knowledge of English, Russian, Czech language is at least at C1 level;
